Certification Hub (working title)

This portal will give volunteer reviewers one easy place to see everything they need for their training and audit work. Reviewers currently learn through the WMDA Education Portal (Moodle) and follow a five-step pathway, gaining credits each year by taking courses, joining webinars, and helping with remote or on-site audits of Donor Stem Cell Registries. They must reach a minimum number of credits each year to keep their reviewer status.

The hub brings all of these activities together. Reviewers can log in to quickly check what they’ve done and what they still need to do to maintain their reviewer status. Administrators can also log in to an admin dashboard to monitor and track reviewer activities.

It’s a simple way to stay on track and feel confident about their progress.

Backend requirements:

- database of all reviewers and a comprehensive profile of each - ability to update database periodically from json files

Frontend requirements:

- role-based access (RBAC) - reviewer dashboard with data visualisation of their own profile and progress - administrator dashboard with data visualisation of reviewer information - menu items specific to the role that drill down on elements of the process
